INTERVENTION: Intervention group (spectrum‐optimized perovskite quantum dot light group):Spectrum‐optimized perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) conversion white light luminaire;Control group (ordinary LED light group):Ordinary LED white light luminaire; CONDITION: Postpartum mothers' sleep deprivation (sleep disorder) PRIMARY OUTCOME: Maternal objective sleep parameters (total sleep time, number of nighttime awakenings, sleep architecture);Change in total score of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI); SECONDARY OUTCOME: Maternal daytime sleepiness level (KSS);Infant nighttime sleep pattern parameters (number of nighttime awakenings, resettling duration);Change in total score of the Parenting Stress Index‐Short Form 12 (PSI‐SF‐12);Incidence of adverse events;Change in scores of each subscale of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales‐21 (DASS‐21); INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.The mother is the sole/primary nighttime caregiver (=80% of nighttime care is completed by her), aged 18‐45 years; 2.Maternal sleep baseline: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inde Xtotal score = 6; 3.The infant is a healthy full‐term infant aged 4‐6 months, breastfed or mixed feeding, and requires care for natural awakenings =2 times per night (22:00‐06:00); 4.The family habitually uses lights during nighttime care (not complete darkness); 5.Parents sign informed consent.
