INTERVENTION: 1. The first, assement the cervical spine mobility, muscle pain and algometry of lower trapezius PGM; 2. The second, dry needle of PGM of lower trapezius; 3. The third, assement the cervical spine mobility, muscle pain and algometry of lower trapezius PGM, again. CONDITION: ; Work‐related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs), Neck pain, Headache, Office worker, No trauma ; ; PRIMARY OUTCOME: After four weeks. SECONDARY OUTCOME: After three mounths. INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. 18‐year‐old major being; 2. Pain presents cranium‐cervical of three months of evolution; 3. The criteria fulfill diagnosis described for the triggers points.
