Effectiveness of a Home-Based Video-Guided Hip Muscle Exercise Program in Elderly Patients Following Bipolar Hemiarthroplasty for Femoral Neck Fracture: a Randomized Controlled Trial

INTERVENTION: Experimental Procedure/Surgery,Experimental Procedure/Surgery Home‐based video‐guided hip muscle exercise program with music,Standard postoperative physical therapy Participants received a structured home‐based hip muscle exercise program supported by video and music. The program included exercises targeting hip abduction, adduction, and flexion, performed regularly after discharge. Video instruction and music were used to enhance engagement, adherence, and motivation during rehabilitation.,Participants received conventional postoperative physical therapy according to standard hospital protocols, including routine rehabilitation exercises without video or music guidance. Patients aged more than 60 years 2. Patients who required treatment for primary femoral neck fracture 3. Patients who underwent cementless bipolar hemiarthroplasty using an anterolateral approach 4. Patients enrolled starting from January 2024 5. Patients who were able to walk independently or with a gait aid for at least 10 meters prior to sustaining the fracture
