Clinical Study on Jianpi Guchang Formula Combined with Moxibustion in Improving Cancer-related Fatigue

INTERVENTION: Comprehensive treatment group:Conventional immunotherapy + oral Jianpi Guchang recipe + moxibustion at Zusanli;Immunotherapy group:Conventional immunotherapy; CONDITION: Cancer‐related Fatigue PRIMARY OUTCOME: Piper Fatigue Scale,PFS; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score Scale;Karnofsky performance status, KPS;EOTRC Quality of Life Questionnare‐Core 30;Intestinal barrier;Inflammatory cytokines;T cell subsets; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for malignant tumors, pathological examination confirms the diagnosis, and is TNM stage IV; 2)Comply with ICD‐10CRF Western medicine diagnostic standards; 3) Current immunotherapy, or immunotherapy + traditional Chinese medicine treatment; 4)Age 18‐80 years old, male or female; 5)KPS score =60 points, expected survival time =3 months; 6) In line with traditional Chinese medicine deficiency syndrome; 7)Patients who prepare their own immunotherapy drugs must sign a consent form for the use of their own drugs.
