The research for the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Warming yang and Smoothening Meridians

INTERVENTION: treatment group:MTX+Wen yang tong luo granule;control group:MTX; CONDITION: Rheumatoid Arthritis PRIMARY OUTCOME: ACR20 improvement rate; SECONDARY OUTCOME: ACR50 improvement rate;ACR70 improvement rate;DAS28;CDAI;SDAI;Curative effect of traditional Chinese Medicine;Curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome;Evaluation of the quality of life in patients; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) in line with Western diagnostic criteria of RA, DAS score = 3.2, duration = 36 months; (2) in line with diagnostic criteria for TCM syndrome; (3) Aged during 18‐65 years old; (4) joint function in grade I‐III and X‐ray staging in stage I‐III; (5) Patients receiving oral glucocorticoids treated with prednisone (=10mg/d) or equal amounts of hormones (eg, methylprednisolone 8mg) were stable for at least 30 days prior to study entry. If not taking the hormone, then at least 30 days has not been served; (6) If taking NSAIDs (non‐steroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs) patients, need to stop using at least 7 days or more; (7) Patients who have not previously used DMARDs or have long‐term use of methotrexate should be discontinued for 3 months or longer if DMARDs (other than methotrexate) are prescribed; (8) Sign the informed consent of the clinical study.
