INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Wrestling plus Program: The Wrestling Plus program will be provided as a supervised injury prevention exercise program for freestyle wrestlers. The program will be conducted for 20 minutes per session, 3 sessions per week, for a total duration of 6 weeks. The exercises will be performed in a specific sequence with emphasis on proper technique, posture, balance, coordination, strength and body control. The program will follow a progressive three level structure, with exercises gradually increased in difficulty throughout the intervention period. The program consists of 14 exercises divided into three sections. The first section includes shoulder rotations during jogging, partner grip exercises, partner pulling exercises, alternating hand shoving, controlled neck movements and supported bridge exercises. The second section focuses on core strength, lower limb strength and balance and includes shoving hands, partner pulling, single leg stance with rotation, combat with raised legs and push ups. These exercises are progressively modified using different body positions, squatting, alternating movements, single leg activities, fit ball and Bosu ball exercises. The third section consists of wrestling specific simulation exercises including single leg extension, standing wrestling movements such as pummeling, fakes and hand fighting, and pushing wrestling while maintaining the appropriate wrestling stance. Control Intervention1: Traditional Warmup: The control group will continue their standard warm up routine used during regular season training. Participants will perform 20 minute warm up sessions, 3 days per week for 6 weeks. The routine will consist of the usual exercises and activities prescribed as part of their regular competitive training program. This group will serve as the comparison group for evaluating the effectiveness of the Wrestling Plus injury prevention program.
