Role of Viburnum Opulus and Abroma Augusta in Primary Dysmenorrhea

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Viburnum opulus 3X: Oral Route of Administration Pill Form 30 pill size Decimal Scale 3 XPotency Prescribed at the start of treatment. repetition according to follow ups. Follow ups every 4 weeks. Patient to be followed up for 24 weeks in total. Intervention2: Abroma augusta 3X: Oral Route of Administration Pill Form 30 pill size Decimal Scale 3 XPotency Prescribed at the start of treatment. repetition according to follow ups. Follow ups every 4 weeks. Patient to be followed up for a total of 24 weeks. Control Intervention1: NIL: Not Applicable CONDITION: Health Condition 1: N944‐ Primary dysmenorrhea PRIMARY OUTCOME: Expected reduction in VAS ScoreTimepoint: VAS Score will be done at baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks etc SECONDARY OUTCOME: NILTimepoint: Not Applicable INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1 Menstruating female below 18 years of age 2 Patients presented with history of pain during menses 3 Patients reporting cramps/pain during 4 out of the past 6 menstrual cycle 4 Patients with pain lasting for 12‐72 hours after onset of menstrual cycle 5 Patients having associated symptoms like nausea vomiting headache diarrhoea giddiness with primary dysmenorrhea will also be included
