INTERVENTION: Others(Taping) : The experimental group will receive Mulligan’s Humeral Head Posterolateral Glide Taping (MHPGT). Non‐elastic tape (Battlewin Taping Tape C38, Nichiban Co. Ltd., Japan) will be applied bilaterally while participants remain comfortably standing. The tape will be applied from the anteromedial aspect of the humeral head to the medial border of the scapula. A Kaltenborn grade III mobilisation force will be applied. Taping will be maintained for 3 days, followed by 1 day without tape, and then reapplied for a further 3 days. The sham control group will receive the same non‐elastic tape applied bilaterally at the same sites and along the same path. However, unlike the experimental group, no posterolateral gliding force will be applied to the humeral head during taping. Thus, the primary difference between the two groups will be whether a posterolateral gliding force is applied to the humeral head. CONDITION: Symptoms, signs and abnormal clinical and laboratory findings, NEC PRIMARY OUTCOME: Cranial Rotation Angle Craniovertebral Angle Scapular Index SECONDARY OUTCOME: Electromyography (Muscle Activation) INCLUSION CRITERIA: Adults with forward head posture (FHP) are recruited for this study. The inclusion criterion is a craniovertebral angle (CVA) of less than 50°.
