INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Yoga + Standard of Care : Eligible patients meeting all the inclusion criteria will be approached for participation and will be consented after explaining the study procedures, potential risks, and benefits. Participants who provide written informed consent will be enrolled and randomized to either the control or intervention arm. Participants randomized to the intervention arm will receive standard of care along with a personalised yoga intervention. The yoga intervention will consist of 45‐minute daily sessions for 12 weeks, including gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises (pranayama), mudras/bandhas, and guided relaxation practices such as Yoga Nidra.
