Comparative evaluation of customised and prefabricated healing abutments on peri implant soft tissue contours and volumetric changes

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: customised healing abutment: customized healing abutments will be fabricated using composite to reproduce the anatomical cervical contour of the missing tooth and secured immediately after implant placement for 3 months Control Intervention1: prefabricated titanium healing abutments : Prefabricated titanium healing abutment placed immediately after implant placement according to the manufacturers protocol for 3 months CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K068‐ Other specified disorders of gingiva and edentulous alveolar ridge PRIMARY OUTCOME: Comparative evaluation of customised and prefabricated healing abutments on peri implant soft tissue contours and volumetric changes a randomised controlled trial‐Timepoint: 3 months SECONDARY OUTCOME: wound healing indexTimepoint: 7 days INCLUSION CRITERIA: Systemically healthy partially edentulous patients Patients of age 20 50 years suitable for placement of dental implants Implant sites in the posterior tooth region Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent and comply with follow‐up visits.
