A Comparative study of post abdominoplasty scar remodeling with and without autologous fat injection in the same session; a randomized controlled trial

INTERVENTION: Autologous fat injection group Standard abdominoplasty CONDITION: ; Skin and Connective Tissue Diseases ; Surgery Skin and Connective Tissue Diseases Surgery PRIMARY OUTCOME: Mean scar thickness at 6 months post‐operatively measured by ultrasound SECONDARY OUTCOME: VSS (Vancouver Scar Scale) scores ; Postoperative complication rates including infection, fat necrosis, and seroma formation ; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Female Patients aged 20‐60 years undergoing primary abdominoplasty Body mass inde X(BMI) <35 kg/m² Ability to provide informed consent and comply with follow‐up visits
