Study on the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nonarteritis anterior ischemic optic neuropathy

INTERVENTION: Sham acupuncture group :Sham acupuncture +Oral Methylcobalamin Tablets ;Acupuncture group :Acupuncture + Oral Methylcobalamin Tablets ; CONDITION: nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy PRIMARY OUTCOME: vision ; SECONDARY OUTCOME: optical coherence tomography;visual field; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine; (2) Age 50‐80 years old, gender is not limited; (3) The course of the disease is 1‐5 months; if the patient has the onset of both eyes successively and the onset time of both eyes is 1‐5 months, the latter eye will be selected and included in the group; (4) Good control of blood pressure and blood sugar; (5) Not participating in other clinical trials during treatment; (6) Patients volunteered to participate in this research.
