INTERVENTION: Hydroxycodone group:Oxycodone is used as an opioid during surgery for anesthesia induction and maintenance;Sufentanil group:Sufentanil is used as an opioid during surgery for anesthesia induction and maintenance; CONDITION: Patients undergoing extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery PRIMARY OUTCOME: Pulmonary alveolar arterial oxygen partial pressure difference ;C‐reactive protein; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Plasma Inflammatory Factor Indicators TNF‐a;Plasma Inflammatory Factor Indicator IL‐6;Plasma Inflammatory Factor Indicator IL‐10;Plasma beta arrestin 2;High sensitivity C‐reactive protein ;Intraoperative hemodynamic indicators;The use of cardiovascular drugs (number and dosage of drug recommendations);Sedation Inde X(BIS);Recovery status of patients after extubation (modified Aldrete scoring table);The incidence and timing of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1) Patients undergoing extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery; 2) ASA is classified as Level II or III; 3) NYHA is classified as Level II or III; 4) Normal preoperative lung function examination; 5) Age<75 years old; 6) No myocardial infarction occurred within the past 3 months; 7) There is no clear history of drug allergy in the past; 8) For the first time undergoing cardiac surgery.
