A prospective, self-controlled, randomized study of autologous-allogeneic MEEK skin alternate grafting to save severe burn patients during wartime

INTERVENTION: Autologous‐allogeneic MEEK graft group:Autologous allogeneic MEEK skin alternating graft;autologous MEEKgraft group :Autologous MEEK skin graft; CONDITION: burn PRIMARY OUTCOME: wound healing time; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Number of implant procedures;Keloidal hyperplasia;wound infection;Healing time of the donor area;Number of skin donations;Length of stay;Inpatient costs;complication; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Subjects enrollment criteria: (Prior to the experiment, subjects must meet all the requirements under the item to be enrolled) (1) Age 1‐60 years, regardless of gender; 2) Have signed an informed consent form for MEEK implant surgery; 3) Patients agree to participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form; 4) those whose infectious diseases such as hepatitis A, hepatitis B, AIDS, and tuberculosis are not in the active stage; (5) Subjects with burns on the anterior and posterior trunk or limb areas. Donor selection criteria: (before the experiment, the donor must meet all the requirements below to be enrolled) 1) Age 18‐60 years old, regardless of gender, and be a close relative of the patient; 2) Have signed an informed consent form for MEEK implant surgery; 3) the patient agrees to participate in this experiment and signs an informed consent form (4) Hepatitis A, hepatitis B, AIDS, tuberculosis and other infecti
