A clinical trial to study in AIDS patients the effects of add on Homoeopathic therapy with anti retro viral therapy in comparision of anti retro viral therapy

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Add on Homoeopathic medicines with standared ART.: Indicated Homoeopathic medicines shall be prescribed 2‐4 times in a day and ART as per NACO guide lines. Control Intervention1: Anti Retro Viral Therapy: Standard Anti Retro Viral Therapy as per NACO guidelines. CONDITION: AIDS patients are trreated with anti retro viral therapy but it prodeces severe side effects and drug resistance. add on Homoeopathic Therapy with Anti Retro viral therapy to be assessed for its effectiveness. PRIMARY OUTCOME: Any change in Clinical conditions‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: 2‐4 weeks SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1. Change in Clinical conditions.; 2. Changes in Lab. parameters as under,; a)Haematological. Hb,TLC.DLC,ESR.etc; b)Bio‐Chemical‐Bil,Bl.urea,SGOT/SGPT.; c)Immunological‐Absolute CD4 count.; d) Virological‐No. of RNA copies.‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: Clinical‐Every month.; Lab. parameters‐ Six months. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Age group‐12 to 60 years anf both sexes. 1.HIV sero +ve persons. 2. CD4 below 200/cuml 3.VIRAL Load more than 400 copies/cuml 4. Not under any treatment.
