Effect of Zangfu ointment and massage therapy on functional constipation: A Randomized, Controlled Clinical Trial

INTERVENTION: control group:Lactulose Oral Liquid;Treatment group:Zangfu ointment and massage therapy + Lactulose oral liquid; CONDITION: Functional constipation PRIMARY OUTCOME: First defecation time;Spontaneous defecation frequency; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Syndrome score;PAC‐QOL form;Number of laxatives used by subjects within 30 days after the end of treatment;Thermal structure of infrared imaging;TCM symptom score; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Diagnostic criteria for functional constipation in ROME IV; 2. Standards of syndrome differentiation of qi stagnation syndrome; 3. Aged 18 to 75 years; 4. Having not been taking any laxative drugs 1 weeks before enrollment; 5. Clear consciousness, good general condition, can cooperate with examination and treatment; 6. Volunteer to participate in the research and sign informed consent.
