NPOC study

INTERVENTION: Standard of care testing with available TB tests Swab testing with PlusLife MiniDock MTB Platform CONDITION: ; Tuberculosis Tuberculosis PRIMARY OUTCOME: Time to TB treatment initiation among adults with AHD and other TB high‐risk hospitalized patients screened with NPOC compared with the standard of care.; All‐cause mortality at 8 weeks among adults with AHD and other TB high‐risk hospitalized patients screened with NPOC compared with the standard of care.; Duration of hospital stay among adults with AHD and other TB high‐risk hospitalized patients screened with NPOC compared with the standard of care. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Sensitivity of the NPOC platform. ; Specificity of the NPOC platform. ; Diagnostic yield of the NPOC platform. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Adult patients aged 18 years and older AHD outpatients or Hospitalised patients regardless of HIV status that meet high risk category for TB a. Respiratory illness b. Chronic Kidney Disease c. Diabetes d. Sepsis Willing to give consent (Patient or relative‐ in case of severely ill patients)
