INTERVENTION: Ultra‐short‐course:surgery+Ultra‐short‐course;standard chemotherapy group:surgery+standard chemotherapy; CONDITION: spinal tuberculosis PRIMARY OUTCOME: Erythrocyte sedimentation rate;C‐reactive protein;X‐ray;Computer Tomography;magnetic resonance imaging;B‐mode ultrasound;correction of deformity;ASIA scores;ability to live and work;Bone graft healing;liver and kidney function;side effects of chemotherapy;Bacterial culture and identification of bacteria; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Spinal tuberculosis was diagnosed according to symptoms, physical signs, imaging examination results, and etiological and histopathological results. Patients receiving initial or repeated chemotherapy were included; 2. no contraindications to surgery were noted; 3. Patients were evaluated and were found to be appropriate candidates for surgical focus debridement for tuberculosis.
