Clinical efficacy of transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) with different interbody bone graft volume for lumbar spinal stenosis: a randomised controlled trial

INTERVENTION: Low intervertebral bone grafting groups:Different amount of interbody bone graft;Middle intervertebral bone grafting groups:Different amount of interbody bone graft;High intervertebral bone grafting groups:Different amount of interbody bone graft; CONDITION: Lumbar spinal stenosis PRIMARY OUTCOME: Vertebral fusion rate; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Function score; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Inclusion: 1.40‐75 years old; 2. Nerve root pain, with positive signs of nerve root compression or nerve dysfunction, confirmed by imaging that lumbar spinal canal stenosis is consistent with clinical symptoms, with symptoms lasting more than 6 weeks; 3. Transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion is required in our hospital.
