Comparative Evaluation of Ayurvedic Medicines (Navkarshika Kashaya Ghan Vati and Amrita Guggulu) with Shatahwadi Taila in Patients with Gout (Vatarakta)

INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: M109‐ Gout, unspecified PRIMARY OUTCOME: It is expected that at the end of study we would be demonstrate that Navakarshikadi Kashaya Ghan Vati and Amrita guggulu Along with Shatahwadi Taila will be efficient in the management of Vatarakta or not.Timepoint: 18 months SECONDARY OUTCOME: nilTimepoint: nil INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Participant of either gender. 2.Participant with age 20 to 60 years. 3.Serum Uric acid level more than 7mg/dl for male and 6mg/dl for female.6 4.Participant with classical sign and symptoms of Vatarakta.
