A clinical study to evaluate the effects of chandana ghrita between systemic use and akshitarpana in prathama patalgata timira w.s.r. to simple myopia

INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: H531‐ Subjective visual disturbances PRIMARY OUTCOME: 1.change in the visual acuity. ; 2.Change in the dioptric values of spherical lenses. ; 3.Change in the Axial length ; 4.Improvement in symptoms of prathama patalgata timira w.s.r.to simple myopia like blurred vision,eye strain, headache, watering, burning sensation of eyes, redness of eyes, indistinct vision.Timepoint: 4weeks SECONDARY OUTCOME: Patients of prathama patalgata timira w.s.r.to simple myopia showing improvement in clinical signs and symptoms.Timepoint: 180 days INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.The patients presenting or history of with classical features of prathama patalgata timira w.s.r. to simple myopia. 2. Patients having simple myopia upto‐6D 3.Patients having any one of the asthenopic symptoms like watering of eyes, eye strain, headache, blurring of vision, redness of eyes, burning sensation of eyes, indistinct vision.
