A randomized controlled trial and mechanism study of Xuanfei Baidu Fang for the treatment of elderly patients with moderate COVID-19 infection

INTERVENTION: treatment group:standard medical treatment plus Chinese treatment;control group:standard medical treatment; CONDITION: COVID‐19 diseases PRIMARY OUTCOME: Conversion rate of severe disease; SECONDARY OUTCOME: conversion rate;CT value;Inflammatory response;chest CT score;Chinese medical treatment evaluation; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Medium‐sized new coronavirus infection that meets the diagnostic standards of Western medicine and is identified by traditional Chinese medicine as belonging to wet toxic depression; (2) No restrictions on gender or ethnicity; (3) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent; (4) Elderly patients aged 65 and above with new coronavirus infection.
