复方珍珠降压胶囊治疗高血压前期疗效观察 / Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Compound Pearl Jiangya Capsules in Treating Prehypertension

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical curative effect of Compound Pearl Jiangya Capsules in treating prehypertension. METHODS: 100 patients with prehypertension were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given healthy lifestyle guidance, and the treatment group was given healthy lifestyle guidance and compound pearl Jiangya capsules orally, and the course of treatment was 1 month. The changes in TCM syndrome scores, blood pressure, blood uric acid (UA), and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) levels before and after treatment were observed. RESULTS: After treatment, the syndrome scores of dry mouth, bitter mouth, irritability and irritability in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the syndrome scores of dizziness, headache, red face and red eyes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). . After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of UA and hsCRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Compound Pearl Jiangya Capsules can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with prehypertension, delay and/or reverse the state of prehypertension.
