INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Group A: Leukocyte Platelet Rich Fibrin with Bioactive Glass : Group A: Following periodontal flap surgery and defect debridement, leukocyte platelet rich fibrin prepared from autologous blood will be combined with bioactive glass and placed into the periodontal angular defect, followed by flap closure and standard postoperative care. Control Intervention1: group b : injectable platelet rich fibrin with bioactive glass: Group B: Following periodontal flap surgery and defect debridement, injectable platelet rich fibrin prepared from autologous blood will be mixed with bioactive glass and placed into the periodontal angular defect, followed by flap closure and standard postoperative care. CONDITION: PRIMARY OUTCOME: gain in Clinical attachment level IN MM Measured using a periodontal probe at baseline and 6 months ; Timepoint: Baseline and 1month and 6 months ; SECONDARY OUTCOME: bone defect fill , reduction in pocket probing depthTimepoint: baseline and 6months INCLUSION CRITERIA: systematically healthy patients aged 25 to 55 years with chronic periodontitis and periodontal angular defects. Patients with probing depth greater than or equal to 5mm and radiographic evidence of intrabony defects. Patients with good oral hygiene after initial periodontal therapy. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent.
