The traditional Chinese medicine extract can be made into an environment-friendly and healthcare wet wipe having functions of sterilization, disinfection, deodorizing, and smell removing. The invention provides micromolecular group water and a preparation method thereof. During the preparation process, micromolecular group water is used to replace RO pure water. Compared with common wet wipes, the wet wipe can better relieve the skin pressure and improve the skin, and is more adaptive to the environment change; and the skin becomes more moist and lustrous. The wet wipe can be further made into a gauze mask, which contains the wet wipe as the chip and is capable of preventing MERS, and a spray agent for preventing MERS.
