INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Group A: Group A Myofascial Release with Exercise Therapy Participants in Group A will receive myofascial release techniques targeting the lumbar region including the thoracolumbar fascia erector spinae and quadratus lumborum muscles. The intervention will be administered for approximately 15 minutes per session using manual sustained fascial release techniques without lubrication. Techniques include thoracolumbar fascia cross hand release erector spinae longitudinal release and quadratus lumborum release performed in prone or side lying positions according to standardized clinical protocol. This will be followed by a 15 minute supervised exercise therapy program consisting of pelvic tilt bridging bird dog and graded superman exercises aimed at improving lumbopelvic stability core strength spinal stabilization and flexibility. Control Intervention1: Comparative Study of Myofascial Release and Strengthening Exercise Cupping Therapy and Strengthening Exercise in Mechanical Low Back Pain: Participants will be randomly allocated into two groups Group B Dry Cupping Therapy with Exercise Therapy Participants in Group B will receive dry cupping therapy over the lumbar paraspinal region for approximately 15 minutes per session. Plastic suction cups will be applied bilaterally along the lumbar paraspinal muscles corresponding to BL23 BL24 and BL25 regions. Standardized negative pressure suction will be maintained for approximately 10 minutes. Optional moving cupping may be performed initially for tissue warm up. Following cupping therapy participants will perform the same standardized 15 minute exercise therapy protocol as Group A including pelvic tilt bridging bird dog and graded superman exercises for improving core stability lumbar muscle strength and flexibil CONDITION: PRIMARY OUTCOME: Pain Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) ; The Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) is commonly used to assess pain intensity. It consists of an 11 point scale ranging from 0 to 10 where 0 indicates no pain and 10 indicates the worst possible pain ; Range of Motion (ROM) of Lumbar Spine Goniometer ; A goniometer is a precise instrument used to measure the range of motion of joints including lumbar spine movements ; Muscle Strength Dynamometer ; A dynamometer is used to assess muscle strength by measuring the force produced during muscle contractionTimepoint: At baseline SECONDARY OUTCOME: NILTimepoint: NIL INCLUSION CRITERIA: Participants aged between 20 to 35 years with mechanical low back pain of 2 to 6 weeks duration were included in the study Individuals whose pain intensity changed with movement and who had a Visual Analogue Scale VAS score greater than 8 were selected. Both male and female participants were included. Participants presenting with postural low back pain were considered eligible for the study
