INTERVENTION: High intensity interval training:High‐intensity interval training (80‐90% HRpeak) was performed using a limb‐linkage training device for 25 minutes per session, 3 sessions per week, over a period of 3 weeks.;Moderate intensity continuous training:Moderate‐intensity continuous training (46‐64% HRpeak) was conducted using a limb‐linkage training device. The training program lasted for 3 weeks, with each session lasting 30 minutes, performed 3 times per week.;Conventional treatment:Basic disease drug treatment, routine rehabilitation treatment, and routine cognitive function training, etc; CONDITION: Stroke PRIMARY OUTCOME: Montreal Cognitive ;Trail Making Test ‐ Part A;Trail Making Test ‐ Part B;Clock Drawing Test; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Modified Barthel Index; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke (as defined by the Chinese Stroke Prevention and Treatment Guidelines 2021 and confirmed by neuroimaging examinations such as CT or MRI). 2. First stroke onset, age between 25 and 75 years. 3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score < 26, with sufficient comprehension ability to understand and execute the exercise program designed by the therapist. 4. Recovery phase of either 1–6 months or >= 6 months. 5. Muscle strength of the affected side = grade 3 (Manual Muscle Testing), capable of completing cardiopulmonary exercise testing. 6.
