fMRI research of characteristics of brain resting-state networks in patients with Parkinson's disease and intervention evaluation

INTERVENTION: A:none;B:Scalp Acupuncture;C:oral intake of 250 mg Madopar 60min before MRI scan ; CONDITION: G20 02 Parkinson's disease PRIMARY OUTCOME: Regional homogeneity;Functional Connectivity;Amplitude of low‐frequency fluctuation; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Unified Parkinson disease rating scale, UPDRS;modified Hoehn & Yahr Stage; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Healthy; No case history of psychoneural system; No physical and mental symptom in the near future of experiment, such as pain or depression and so on; 2. Between the age from 40 to 70 years old; 3. Right handedness; 4. Parkinson's disease was diagnosed; 5. The subjects who have already signed the informed consent.
