Clinical Trial of Yuanli Needle Shu Acupuncture at Jugu Point for Cold-Damp Blockage Periarthritis of Shoulder

INTERVENTION: Control Group:Conventional Acupuncture at Regular Acupoints;Intervention Group 1:Treatment with Yuanli Needle Shu Acupuncture at Jugu Point+Conventional Acupuncture at Regular Acupoints;Intervention Group 2:Treatment with Filiform Needle Superficial Puncture at Jugu Point+Conventional Acupuncture at Regular Acupoints; CONDITION: M75.001 Periarthritis of Shoulder PRIMARY OUTCOME: VAS Pain Score; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Shoulder Joint Function Score ‐ Constant‐Murley Scoring Scale;Vital Signs:Body Temperature ,Heart Rate ,Blood Pressure,Body Mass Index;Massachusetts General Hospital Acupuncture Sensation Scale,MASS;Range of Motion of the Shoulder Joint; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for periarthritis of shoulder and cold‐damp blockage syndrome.(2) Aged between 40 and 70 years old, regardless of gender.(3) All have clear imaging evidence of lesions.(4) No medications or other treatments for periarthritis of shoulder were administered within 1 month prior to enrollment.(5) Voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent form. Note: Only patients who meet all the above 5 criteria can be included in this study.
