INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Cools Neuromuscular Activation Protocol: Cools Neuromuscular Activation Protocol focusing on selective activation of scapular stabilizing muscles including lower trapezius and serratus anterior. Exercises include prone Y T W wall slides push up plus and resistance band exercises. Program follows stages of motor control activation strengthening and functional integration. Sessions will be conducted 3 times per week for 8 weeks with each session lasting 45 minutes and gradual progression of resistance. Intervention2: Kibler Functional Kinetic Chain Protocol: Kibler Functional Kinetic Chain Protocol focusing on integration of lower limb core and scapular control. Exercises include single leg stance dead bug pallof press and split squat with arm reach. Program follows sequence of lower limb stability core activation scapular control and functional integration. Sessions will be conducted 3 times per week for 8 weeks with each session lasting 45 minutes and progressive increase in difficulty. Control Intervention1: Conventional Physiotherapy: Conventional physiotherapy program including basic shoulder range of motion exercises general strengthening exercises stretching of tight muscles and postural correction exercises. Sessions will be conducted 3 times per week for 8 weeks with each session lasting 45 minutes.
