INTERVENTION: Sound Therapy Group:Sound Therapy;Ear Acupressure Group:Sound Therapy + Auricular Acupressure; CONDITION: Tinnitus PRIMARY OUTCOME: Tinnitus Evaluation Questionnaire,TEQ;Tinnitus Handicap Inventory, THI;Visual Analog Scale, VAS; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Sleep SPIEGEL Scale; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1: Meets the diagnostic criteria for idiopathic subjective tinnitus, with tinnitus as the primary complaint. 2: Age =20 years old and =50 years old, regardless of gender. 3: Patients requiring clinical intervention (those with tinnitus severity assessment = Level 2). 4: Understand, agree to participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.
