To check the counts of bacteria on different dressing materials

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: sutures under Fi XCote: To assess and compare microbial colony counts on sutures under collagen dressing(fi Xcote) at 7th day postoperatively. Control Intervention1: sutures under Coe‐Pak: To assess and compare microbial colony counts on sutures under non eugenol periodontal dressing (Coe‐Pak) at 7th day postoperatively. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: PCS‐ Health Condition 2: 8‐ Other Procedures Health Condition 3: 8‐ Other Procedures PRIMARY OUTCOME: Comparison of microbial colony counts recovered from postoperative silk sutures beneath collagen dressing fix cote and Coe‐Pak.Timepoint: day 7 SECONDARY OUTCOME: Plaque Inde X; Debris Inde X; Timepoint: baseline and 7th day INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Systemically healthy individuals 2.Diagnosed with stage II and stage III periodontitis. 3.Patients who require periodontal flap surgery in at least 2 posterior sextants.. 4.Willingness to participate and provide informed consent. 5.Patients with minimum of 20 teeth present.
