Clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Shaofuzhuyu decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its influence on the volume of fibroids

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Shaoqi Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its effect on the volume of fibroids. METHODS: A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroids admitted from July 2016 to May 2018 were divided into random number tables, 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group. P＜0.05). RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the volume of fibroids between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and the volume of fibroids in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The effect of electroacupuncture combined with Shao Abdominal Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids is satisfactory, and it can promote the reduction of fibroid volume, which is worthy of promotion.
