Prospective controlled trial on perioperative glutamine in hepatectomy of primary liver cancer

INTERVENTION: A:Postoperative TPN with 2% glutamine 200ml for 1 week;B:Postoperative TPN without glutamine for 1 week; CONDITION: Hepatectomy of primary liver cancer with cirrhosis PRIMARY OUTCOME: Incidence rate of infectious complication; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Progression‐free survival (PFS);Value of plasma prealbumin after 1 week;Postoperative hospital stay; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients diagnosed as primary liver cancer without metastasis is scheduled to hepatectomy; 2. Complicated with cirrhosis; 3. Liver function: Child‐Pugh Grade A‐B; 4. EGOS scores 0‐2.
