INTERVENTION: Test group:Conventional early rehabilitation combined with supine knee flexion and extension training under blood flow restriction;Control group:Routine Early Rehabilitation and Supine Knee Flexion and Extension Training; CONDITION: Hemiplegia caused by ischemic stroke with lower limb dysfunction PRIMARY OUTCOME: Cross‐sectional area and thickness of quadriceps femoris; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Activities of Daily Living;Thigh circumference;Quadriceps muscle strength;Deep vein thrombosis; The Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) standard grading method was adopted. The subject lies supine with the knee on the hemiplegic side fully extended. The examiner applies resistance and grades the quadric; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Age 18–80 years, either sex; 2. Meet WHO diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed by cranial CT/MRI as ischemic stroke, with first‐ever onset; 3. Onset within 7–14 days, vital signs stable, and no progression of neurological deficits; 4. Able to cooperate with rehabilitation training and assessment, without significant disturbance of consciousness; 5. Presence of unilateral lower extremity motor dysfunction, with Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) grade 1–3 on the affected side; 6. Mini‐Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >=21, able to understand verbal instructions; 7. Written informed consent signed by the patient or legal representative.
