INTERVENTION: Intervention1: NIL : NIL Intervention2: NIL: NIL Intervention3: GROUP A: Left nasogastric tube placement in patients with right head tilt position under general anaesthesia. In group A patients will be placed in a supine position with their head tilted 45 to 90 degree to the right. The left hand holding the gastric tube and the right hand inserting the tip of the gastric tube vertically into the nostril.Time beginning from the tip crossing the nostril and ended upon successful insertion and fixation of the gastric tube is measured. The first pass success rate of left nasal nasogastric tube insertion is measured. The incidence of complications such as nasopharyngeal bleeding or kinking or coiling of the nasogastric tube is measured. Control Intervention1: GROUP B: Left nasogastric tube placement in patients with neutral head position under general anaesthesia. In group B patients will be placed in supine position with their head in a neutral position, selecting the left nostril. The left hand holding the gastric tube and the right hand inserting the tip of the gastric tube vertically into the nostril. Time beginning from the tip crossing the nostril and ended upon successful insertion and fixation of the gastric tube is measured. The first pass success rate of left nasal nasogastric tube insertion is measured. The incidence of complications such as nasopharyngeal bleeding or kinking or coiling of the nasogastric tube is measured. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K801‐ Calculus of gallbladder with othercholecystitis PRIMARY OUTCOME: To compare the first pass success rate of left nasal nasogastric tube insertion between patients with the head positioned in a right tilt versus those with the head in a neutral position.Timepoint: one year SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1.To compare the time required for successful left nasal nasogastric tube insertion between the right head tilt group and the neutral head position group. ; 2.To evaluate the incidence of complications like nasopharyngeal bleeding, kinking and coiling of the nasogastric tube during left nasal nasogastric tube insertion between the right head tilt group and the neutral head position group. ; Timepoint: one year INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Presence of written informed consent 2.Patients with oral endotracheal intubation 3.Patient in need of nasogastric tube insertion 4.No previous nasal or oral or esophageal surgery 5.History suggestive of normal gastric, esophageal and pharyngeal anatomy 6.Age more than or equal to 18 years 7.Patency of both the nostrils
