INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Skin puncture site based on Trigonometry principle: The distance of skin puncture site from the centre of the probe is calculated by measuring the depth of the corner pocket from the skin and multiplying with 1.73 Control Intervention1: Skin puncture site by conventional technique: The distance of the skin puncture site from the centre of the probe as per the discretion of attending anesthesiologist CONDITION: Health Condition 1: O‐ Medical and Surgical Health Condition 2: M95‐M95‐ Other disorders of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue PRIMARY OUTCOME: To compare the mean number of attempts to reach the corner pocket under ultrasonographic needle visualization between the groupsTimepoint: While performing the supraclavicular brachial plexus block in operation theatre SECONDARY OUTCOME: To compare the adverse events like Subclavian arterial puncture, Pneumothorax, or Local anesthetic systemic toxicity between the groupsTimepoint: During the procedure, during the surgery and during follow up of the patient after surgery. To compare the number of needle redirections between the groupsTimepoint: The number of attempts of change in needle direction to improve the needle visibility that will be retrieved from the saved recordings after completion of the procedure To compare the performer ease of insertion with Likert scale between the groupsTimepoint: After completion of the procedure To compare the procedural time between the groupsTimepoint: Total time taken from the needle puncture to the completion of the drug deposition To compare the success of the block between the groupsTimepoint: At the time of skin incision, to watch for sensory or motor response To compare the visualization of the needle between the groupsTimepoint: Entire shaft of the needle and needle tip visualization will be analyzed from the recorded clip by the independent observer INCLUSION CRITERIA: Elective upper limb surgeries requiring supraclavicular brachial plexus block
