Sequential learning for learning laparoscopic vaginal cuff closure

INTERVENTION: Group 1: Training the laparoscopic closure of a vaginal cuff using single stitch sutures on a vaginal cuff model Group 2: Training the laparoscopic closure of a vaginal cuff using single stitch sutures on a suture pad until reaching proficiency in suturing, then moving on to a vaginal cuff model CONDITION: Surgical Training, laparoscopic Hysterectomy PRIMARY OUTCOME: Total training time needed to reach proficiency on the vaginal cuff modell; Continous assessment of proficiency using time and objective structured assessment tools (OSATS) SECONDARY OUTCOME: Number of knot tying attempts zu reach proficiency ; Influence of personal characteristics on the learning curve (e.g. gender, spatial awareness) INCLUSION CRITERIA: Medical students in their clinical years of training
