INTERVENTION: Group A:Topical 0.2% hyaluronic acid + 2% ectoin eye drops (Hylo Dual Intense, HI);Group B:HI eye drops and nocturnal Vitamin A ointment (Hylo Night, HN);Group C:HI eye drops and nocturnal HN ointment plus Optiben (OB) lid wipe; CONDITION: Meibomian gland dysfunction PRIMARY OUTCOME: Change from baseline Tear film breakup time (TFBUT); INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Post‐COVID infection patients; 2. Ocular surface disease inde X(OSDI) >= 13; 3. Non‐invasive tear break up time < 10 seconds; 4. Meiboscore >= grade 2 in one eyelid; 5. >= 18 years of age with no upper age limit; 6. Agree to attend follow‐up visits and comply to treatment regimen.
