Evaluation of Panchakarma Therapies in the Management of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: G122‐ Motor neuron disease PRIMARY OUTCOME: Functional status in patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, assessed using the ALS Functional Rating Scale Revised and Modified ; Norris Scale.Timepoint: Baseline, 5th Week, 9th Week SECONDARY OUTCOME: Quality of life in patients, assessed using the WHO Quality of Life BREF questionnaireTimepoint: Baseline, 5th Week, 9th Week INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Diagnosed cases of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, having less than five years onset 2. Patients of ALS who are willing to participate in an interventional study 3.Patients willing to sign the informed consent form 4.Patients who are fit for Basti, Shashtika Shali Pinda Swedana, Nasya Karma and Shirodhara will be include.
