INTERVENTION: SILK group:Thyroidectomy via the Supraclavicular Incision Lateral Keyhole (SILK) approach;LACA group:Thyroidectomy via the conventional low‐collar incision linea alba cervicalis approach; CONDITION: Benign thyroid nodules or solitary differentiated thyroid carcinoma requiring unilateral thyroidectomy (benign nodules with a maximum diameter of <5 cm; differentiated thyroid carcinoma with a diameter of <= 2 cm, confined to one thyroid lobe, without capsular invasion, extrathyroidal extension, or imaging evidence of cervical lymph node metastasis). PRIMARY OUTCOME: anterior cervical function assessment;visual catolog; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) level;C‐reactive protein (CRP) level;Creatine kinase (CK) level;Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale scores;Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Aged >=18 and <=70 years; 2.Scheduled to undergo open thyroid surgery; 3.Willing to participate in the study, able to comply with study requirements and follow‐up visits, and voluntarily providing written informed consent; 4.Agreeing not to undergo any elective surgical procedure other than the study surgery before completion of the study; 5.Having an expected postoperative survival of >=12 months, as determined by the investigator; 6.Preoperatively diagnosed with solitary differentiated thyroid carcinoma measuring <=2 cm, confined to one thyroid lobe, without thyroid capsular invasion, extrathyroidal extension, or imaging evidence of cervical lymph node metastasis, and scheduled to undergo ipsilateral thyroid lobectomy with isthmusectomy, with or without ipsilateral central neck dissection; or preoperatively diagnosed with a benign thyroid nodule measuring <5 cm in maximum diameter and scheduled to undergo unilateral thyroidectomy.
