A study to Compare the Effect of Mahavasadi Kwath and Pathyadi kwath with Abhijit tail nasayam in paitents with Diabetic Macular Oedema

INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: H35‐ Other retinal disorders PRIMARY OUTCOME: Subjective Parameters: ; Blurred vision ; Metamorphosis (using m‐chart) ; Dark spot ; Floaters ; Timepoint: 0, 45, 60, 75, 90 Days SECONDARY OUTCOME: Objective parameters : ; Visual acuity ; Central macular thickness (OCT) ; Macular volume (OCT) ; Intraretinal/ subretinal fluid (OCT) ; Timepoint: 0, 75, 90 Days INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Willing to follow the Ayurvedic regimen. 2. Patient between the age group of 30 to 70 years of either sex. 3. Type 2 diabetes mellitus with a history of at least 10 years. 4. Stable blood glucose level. 5. Macular oedema more than 280 m is included.
