The engineers can use HDPE unit steady process simulation models to eliminate the bottleneck in the unit and improve thequality and the production of HDPE product.The development of HDPE unit reactor system steady models is the key.The article ismainly about the method of developing HDPE unit reactor system steady models by using the polymer process simulation software POLY-MERS PLUS,include determination of the system components,thermodynamic parameters,number of catalyst site types by deconvolut-ing the GPC data and kinetic parameters fitting.The reactor system steady models have been verified.
