INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Propoprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation with Kinesio Taping: Participant will undergo a complete six‐week rehabilitation program consisting of 30‐to‐45‐minute sessions held five times weekly, combining Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) exercises with Kinesio Taping. Each session began with a gentle facial massage and stretch warm‐up, followed by targeted PNF patterns such as resisted cheek puffing, lip puckering, eyebrow lifting, and tight eye closure performed in sets of 8 to 10 repetitions with real‐time feedback to prevent compensatory movements. Immediately following the exercises, Kinesio tape was applied to clean skin using specific lifting, facilitation, or inhibition techniques tailored to stimulate weak muscles or rela Xoveractive ones; this tape remained in place for 24 to 48 hours before being reapplied in subsequent sessions. Control Intervention1: Self guided facial exercises: Participant will receive standard care consisting of self‐guided, non‐resisted home facial exercises ‐ such as smiling, eyebrow raising, and eye closure ‐ alongside gentle stretching and mirror therapy to practice symmetrical movement. Participants prescribed standard pharmacological treatments, including corticosteroids or antivirals, continued their regimens under medical supervision, while a subgroup opting out of active exercises underwent monitoring only. Beyond these routine practices, no additional specialized physical therapy was provided, and all participants were tracked through standard baseline, midpoint, and post‐intervention assessments. CONDITION: PRIMARY OUTCOME: Facial Symmetry and Severity: Measured via the Sunnybrook Facial Grading System (SFGS).Timepoint: Baseline and after 6 weeks SECONDARY OUTCOME: Functional Disability and Social Integration which will Evaluate using the Facial Disability Inde X(FDI). ; Facial Muscle Strength / Voluntary Movement. ; Timepoint: Baseline and after 6 weeks INCLUSION CRITERIA: Participants with a confirmed diagnosis of facial palsy, including complete or partial facial muscle weakness. Participants exhibiting measurable impairments in facial function. Participants willing to provide informed consent and adhere to the si Xweek intervention program.
