The therapeutic efficacy of Xuan-Fei Bai-Du decoction in the treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19): a pilot randomized controlled trial

INTERVENTION: Experimental group:Xuanfei Baidu Decoction; control group: conventional drug; CONDITION: Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (COVID‐19) PRIMARY OUTCOME: disappearance rate of major symptoms;laboratory indicators; SECONDARY OUTCOME: disappearance rate of other symptoms; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Inpatients in Wuhan Pulmonary Hospital (from January 30 to February 10, 2020) who meet the diagnostic criteria of COVID‐19; 2. Aged 18‐75 years old; 3. According to the fourth edition of guideline, meeting the mild and severe standards; 4. Agreeing to participate in the trial; 5. No antibiotics were used during one cycle of this treatment.
