INTERVENTION: Sham stimulation control group:Sham acTBS control group;acTBS intervention group:Accelerated continuous theta burst stimulation (acTBS); CONDITION: Depressive Disorders, Post‐Traumatic Stress PRIMARY OUTCOME: Change in total score of the PTSD Checklist for DSM‐5 (PCL‐5); SECONDARY OUTCOME: Change in total score of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inde X(PSQI);Change in total score of the Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS);Change in total score of the 9‐item Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ‐9);Change in total score of the Dissociative Experiences Scale‐II (DES‐II);Change in neurocognitive function test scores;Total score of the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ);Change in total score of the International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ);Score of item 3 on the 17‐item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD‐17);Changes in neuroimaging metrics (ALFF, ReHo, functional connectivity);Change in total score of the 7‐item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD‐7);Scores on the Frequency‐Intensity‐Burden of Side‐Effects Rating scale (FIBSER);Change in total score of the 17‐item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD‐17);Change in total score of the Overgeneral Autobiographical Memory Questionnaire (OGMQ);Change in total score of the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS);Change in total score of the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA);Change in frequency of intrusive memories recorded in daily diary;Change in score of nightmare self‐rating items;Change in total score of the Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI); INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder (single episode or recurrent episode) according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM‐5); 2.Have a documented history of at least one traumatic exposure confirmed via the Life Events Checklist for DSM‐5 (LEC‐5); 3.Score >= 17 on the 17‐item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD‐17) and >= 33 on the PTSD Checklist for DSM‐5 (PCL‐5) at screening; 4.Aged 18 to 60 years, Han ethnicity, right‐handed; 5.Receive stable conventional pharmacotherapy for at least 4 consecutive weeks; 6.Education level of junior high school or above; 7.Normal vision or corrected‐to‐normal vision; 8.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and be capable of completing all study assessments and procedures as required.
