Clinical efficacy of acute cerebral infarction 50 cases Safflower Yellow treatment

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of a saffron yellow injection treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 8h ~ 72h of onset in patients with acute cerebral infarction 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. All patients were using the same conventional treatment, the treatment group on the basis of safflower yellow injection 100mg plus 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250mL treatment. 15d for a course of treatment, after a course of treatment to compare the efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results: The clinical efficacy in the treatment group, the neurological deficit scores than the control group (P <0.05).
