Effect of remimazolan on postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing lung cancer surgery: a prospective noninferiority randomized controlled study

INTERVENTION: Propofol group:Propofol;Remimazolan group:Remimazolan; CONDITION: thoracic disease PRIMARY OUTCOME: incidence of postoperative delirium; SECONDARY OUTCOME: duration of PACU;number of delirium;postoperative hospital days;the Mini‐mental State Examination (MMSE) score was obtained 30 days after operation; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Aged >65 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic or open surgical resection of lung segment, lung lobe or lung; 3. ASA ?‐?; 4. Recovery after admission to PACU; 5. Length of stay >=1 day after surgery; 6. The estimated operation duration is >=1h.
