YangWeiKeLi Plus High-Dose Dual Therapy in Helicobacter pylori Eradication: a Prospective Randomized Controlled Trial

INTERVENTION: Experimental group:On the basis of the high‐dose dual therapy, add the Gaoyue Granules at a dose of 6g taken orally three times a day.;Control group:Simple high‐dose dual therapy; CONDITION: Helicobacter pylori infection PRIMARY OUTCOME: Helicobacter pylori eradication; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Occurrence and extent of adverse reactions;Patient compliance; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Participants who fully understand the test content, voluntarily participate in the test and can complete the test procedures, and sign the informed consent form; 2. Age 18‐65 years old, both men and women are eligible; 3. Helicobacter pylori (HP) test result is positive (determined through 13‐carbon urea breath test, 14‐carbon urea breath test, HE staining or bacterial culture); 4. No history of Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment before; 5. Able to independently complete the recording of participant information; 6. Complete clinical data.
