Therapeutic evaluation of aromatherapy in managing migraine without aura.

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Shamum and Itrifal Ustukhuddoos: Shamum (Inhalation) 10gram powder of the Post Reetha (Sapindus mukorossi) will be provided to the patient in air tight container and they will be advised to sniff it three times (5 sniff each time) in a day for 28 days and Orally Itrifal Ustukhuddoos (Marketed formulation of Hamdard Laboratories) 8 gm will be given to the patient daily at bed time for 28 days. Control Intervention1: Itrifal Ustukhuddoos: Orally Itrifal Ustukhuddoos (Marketed formulation of Hamdard Laboratories) 8 gm will be given to the patient daily at bed time for 28 days. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: G430‐ Migraine without aura PRIMARY OUTCOME: Visual Analogue ScaleTimepoint: On Day 0,7,14,21,28 SECONDARY OUTCOME: Migraine Specific Quality Of Life QuestionnaireTimepoint: On Day 0,7,14,21,28 INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients of all sexes. Patients who will give consent and are able to do follow up. Patients of 18 to 60 years of age. clinically diagnosed patients of Migraine without aura according to ICHD criteria.
